Beautiful doors in a wide range of colours.

Valchromat is an innovative and sustainable, natural wood panel which can be exposed on the internal side of doors. It comes in a variety of bright colours including: Green Mint, Blue, Violet, Orange, Yellow, Red, Chocolate Brown, Black, Grey, Light Grey. The panels can have slight variations in tone as they are made from natural wood.

The fibres are individually impregnated with organic dyes and chemically bonded using specially formulated resins. As the colourful engineered wood fibre panels are dyed throughout, details can be grooved in, offering flexibility of design with 3D possibilities. The combination of dyes and wood fibres visible on the surface gives it a natural and non-homogeneous appearance, creating beautiful textures. The boards can then be completed utilising various finishes including: matte or bright, varnished, waxed or oiled.

Non-toxic: Ecological organic dyes. Level of formaldehyde under 8mg/100g, class E1 following EN120.

Moisture resistant: Suitable indoors but can also be used in protected outdoor applications, where the panel is varnished on all surfaces and edges.

High performance: On average 30% stronger than standard MDF.It has greater internal cohesion than coloured MDF and therefore has a higher mechanical strength and greater resistance to bending.

Fire retardant option: It is classified as B-s2, d0 according to ignitability test and EN 13501, and has the certification of conformity CE 1328-CPD-0188.

Green: Valchromat is made whenever possible using pine waste from sawmills, wood pallets… and it can also be recycled to reduce any environmental impact. It is available with PEFC/FSC certifications on demand.

Easy maintenance: If the door is scratched, a simple sanding and local application of the original finish is enough for the door to regain its original appearance.
