Design.
Bespoke designs, from contemporary through to traditional, can be grooved on both sides of the door before being factory finished in any colour.
The door can be supplied with or without pull bar or traditional handles.
Designer vision panels can be inserted, toughened and argon filled – all shapes and sizes on request.

The external door core measures 68-98mm thick and up to 2470mm high x 1150mm wide per rebated door.

Construction.
The sandwich construction is made of laminated spruce core and of HCFC-free and environmentally friendly PU hard foam.
The flexible weatherseal can resist extreme temperature changes (going from -60oC to +250oC).
Automatic self-locking door as an option, supplied with 3 point lock and high security Ultion cylinder.
The flat steel guarantees optimum stability and has achieved best values in all performance classes for CE marking as defined in EN 14351-1. The metal plate which absorbs tractive and shearing forces is located on the lock side, friction locked glued, thermally separated to prevent cold bridges and sound insulated.
The frames come in Oak (FSC), Meranti (FSC) or Pine (FSC). The external layer of the door comes in a natural wood veneer such as Oak, Meranti, Pine, Okume (FSC) or exterior MDF (FSC).
We offer these highest quality doors with veneer strips (with vertically aligned annual rings), laminated and finger-jointed casings in high-quality weatherproof timber.
The strong 5-ply veneer plywood face is made from carefully selected woods, glued to meet WBP weather resistance. The decorative top veneer layer meets the highest quality standards and is book-matched sliced veneer or Fineline.
Alternatively, a 3-ply cross grained veneer is fully surface bonded with the overall construction. This can be grooved to any pattern and factory finished in any colour.
